Job Description Job Description No certification required! Just 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.). Schedule & Pay Hours: All weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn Compensation: $25.00-$31.00/hr Training will be compensated at the same hourly rate as the clinical role. Bonus : Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr. Qualifications: You have a High School Diploma or GED completed. At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus) You have a smartphone or similar device (e.g., iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop) capable of capturing client session data and are tech-savvy. Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus! You can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for. You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation including a valid driver’s license and car insurance. Ability to read, write, and speak English Proficiently Ability to keep up with active children and are enthusiastic and professional. Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day. Stay Active: You’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions. Keep Things Organized: Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too). Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.
