Enterprise Sales Executive, Mortgage LOS What makes an extraordinary Enterprise Sales Executive, Mortgage Director? Within the Mortgage Director Sales Team, the Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for the sales of mortgage origination solutions to Enterprise non-Fiserv clients in the Bank, Credit Union and Independent Mortgage banking segments of the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will support the business unit s revenue attainment efforts by driving sales with the top 500 lenders. This requires in-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and all facets of mortgage lending operations, as well as the ability to lead and navigate unusual and complex lender business requirements. This role also requires you to possess a deep understanding of the solution selling methodology and adopt a consultative sales approach, as well as a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally inter-departmentally and within Fiserv as a whole. This role will be responsible for new client acquisition and revenue objectives in the Enterprise space.What does an Enterprise Sales Executive, Mortgage Director do?You will be responsible for developing new client relationship opportunities within assigned target segment. You will do this by developing and executing long and short-range sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives as established by the leadership team.Your responsibilities include coordinating client pricing and develop and present client proposals and demonstrations that effectively communicate the Fiserv value proposition. This includes working reciprocally with the Sales Engineer to develop and execute effective demo engagement strategies.Coordinate with legal resources internally in the negotiation of new agreements with prospective clients.We need you to organize and oversee your client RFP responses which include the support and documenting the new client due diligence requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate other Fiserv resources as needed to complete this process.Accurately set client expectations on scope and support of Mortgage Director products and services.You will be responsible for Identifying and documenting in CRM system customer specific requirements as it pertains to unusual software development, configuration and or training requirements. Additionally, you will keep sales tracking system/CRM properly updated to facilitate accurate and timely reporting of sales activity throughout the sales cycle.We want you to assist clients with understanding and tools to prepare for system implementation which will be done by developing and executing strategies to implement lead generation initiatives targeted at prospective new mortgage lending clients.You will identify and coordinate participation in appropriate trade organizations and industry conferences and attend as needed.We will also have you capture and communicate product and competitive information from the field regularly. Act as an information resource to all internal functional areas including sales support, marketing and product management.The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.Qualifications for consideration: 8 + years of sales experience within the software, financial industry5 + years of dynamic and diverse responsibility within the mortgage industryDemonstrated ability to consistently achieve multi-million-dollar sales quotaProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Dynamics and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to identify and develop leads within assigned territory.Confirmed ability in attaining/exceeding of quota-based metricsStrategic account planning experience requiredRequires ability to influence at multiple levels internally and externally to accomplish business goalsAbility to travel 50%Preferred qualifications for consideration: Bachelor s Degree8 + years software or Loan Origination System (LOS) sales experience,In-depth knowledge of the mortgage industry and market conditionsKnowledge other mortgage LOS productsExperience working with banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders (small to medium)About the business: Mortgage Director LOS is a mortgage loan origination system for the mortgage industry that supports retail, wholesale and correspondent lending channels. It supports the life cycle of the origination process from Point of Sale to Investor delivery and includes features that include database records, imaging, vendor integrations and automated workflow.
