As a Regional Sales Executive , you will source, call on, and sell Sterling Talent Solutions to new prospects and clients with an employee range of 1,000 - 5, 0 00 within your assigned territory. This Is What You'll Do: Work within a defined geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. It's that simple. Close sales by recommending the right solutions to help our clients understand the real needs of their business. Earn referral business by connecting with existing and soon-to-be clients, and forging partnerships with key decision makers at the C-level. This Is What We're Looking For: 5 or more years Business to Business (B2 B ) sa les experience within a results- oriented environment selling to mid-market prospects Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great customer experience Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with C-level executives Motivated, self-starter with effective time management and presentation skills Ability to work independently, as well as being a collaborative team member Excellent prospecting, negotiating, demonstration and relat ionship-building skills Trained and practiced in the art of consultative, needs-benefits selling How Can I Grow Within Sterling?
