Job Description:

Regional Sales Manager - Truck Sales Summit Truck Bodies, which specialized in the manufacture and sales of Mobile Service Trucks and Lube Trucks, is looking for Outside Sales Representatives to sell our products in various territories around the country. The successful candidate will be a high-energy self-starter responsible for maintaining existing business relationships and developing new relationships within a protected territory. He or she will be highly knowledgeable about all Transwest products and services while exhibiting the highest degree of customer service. We are currently looking for representatives the following territories: California and Nevada Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota Northeastern U.S. If you are interested in a specific territory, please click on the link above and apply. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate profitable revenue growth through establishing new customers, penetrating new customer accounts and retaining those customers. Aggressively sell all products in a professional manner. Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service to customers. Demonstrate the quality and reliability of Transwest products by maintaining familiarity with all vendor products, merchandising programs, dealership parts ordering and inventory system and the dealerships credit policy. Demonstrate how to use and operate the Service and Lube Trucks for customers, which may require demonstrations in the field. Exemplify a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Complete assigned tasks within budget. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Perform ride alongs with potential buyers Sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Climbing in and out of vehicles Occasional stooping and bending Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs. Normal range of hearing and vision. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days of employment. Good standing MVR. Truck and mechanical experience knowledge is required. Successful track record of developing relationships and closing sales. Direct industry experience selling heavy-duty truck parts through distribution and/or directly to the end user. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Detail oriented. Must learn how to drive the truck and operate the Hydrovac unit. Willingness to get dirty in the field when demonstrating Hydrovac operations. Must be able to drive the Hydrovac Truck to customers for demonstrations. Hydrovac/Hydraulic experience a plus. Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening working Aggressively dealership policy Northeastern standing BACH_a33d1a Service
