Job Description:

A company is looking for a SVP of Sales in the United States, responsible for achieving scalable and profitable ARR growth in a B2B SaaS environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Ensure sustainable growth through market assessment and targeted account management
Lead negotiations with prospects and customers to secure contracts
Build and oversee sales and business development to drive strategic relationships across multiple channels


Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience building and scaling a sales organization in the healthcare industry
Proven success in selling to payors, providers, and self-funded employer groups
Ability to interface at all levels in an organization, including C-Suite
Background in Payer and Provider services, with an understanding of health plans legacy systems architecture
Experience driving partnerships across the healthcare system and working effectively with a B2B marketing organization
