Job Description:
ACC Maple Tree Village - General Summary
The Residential Living Sales Counselor has a sincere passion for
working with seniors and families in order to ensure the highest
level of customer service, care and to promote the quality of life
of each individual. Residential Living Sales Counselor is also
responsible for maintaining and/or improving the community
occupancy levels as it relates to the communities overall marketing
and financial goals. This position fosters positive working
relationship with referral sources including but not limited to
physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing centers and community-based
services and leads the community outreach and sales efforts to
support the overall business plan of the communities. Residential
Living Sales Counselor is responsible for managing the ACC Assisted
Living sales process and develops positive relationships with
prospective residents and their responsible parties / families to
facilitate the move-in process. The Residential Living Sales
Counselor position reports to the ACC Maple Tree Village
Administrator (80%) and ACC Greenhaven Terrace Administrator (20%),
and is an exempt level position

Qualifications
Degree in marketing, sales, business or other related field from an
accredited college or university is preferred.
Minimum of two to five years' sales experience, preferable in
Assisted Living or other Long Term Care / Senior focused industry.
- Proven track record of lead generation and meeting sales goals
required.
Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work
well with a diverse resident population. -
Possesses good written and verbal communication skills. -
Has working knowledge of computer keyboarding and commonly used
software programs.
Demonstrates ability and comfort level with presentations in
individual and group settings.
Interacts with all levels of management, staff, outside contacts,
and residents. -
Able to plan, organize, and implement work and is flexible to shift
priorities quickly. -
Good character and a continuing reputation of personal integrity.

Ability to work in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment.

Maintains confidentiality regarding information about residents and
their families. -
Shall be required to submit fingerprints for a criminal record
review. Fingerprint clearance and submission of Criminal Record
Statement is required (LIC508) -
Shall be at least 21 years of age. -
