DescriptionAs a Senior Market Sales Leader you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading regional sales related projects from start to completion, as well as helping managing and developing certain national key sales initiatives that would help with the continuous growth of the company.
The Sr MSL will be required to travel around the U.S to ensure that all programs are being executed on the standards that Barcel USA is expecting, help with the execution of key growth initiatives and to train internal and external associates.
What Will I Be Doing
--- Deploy and execute corporate projects and initiatives at field level within Barcel USA and itsbusiness partners
--- Support the local sales teams in the consulting and training activities provided to the business partners
--- Provide field support for all the sales initiatives focused on the achievement of the avenues of growth defined by Barcel USA.
--- Liaison between local sales teams and the corporate sales team
--- Be the subject matter expert about all Barcel brands
--- Manage the implementation of all projects and initiatives at the regional, and in some instances, at national level
--- Collaborate with the local sales team and business partners to ensure superior execution of all marketing programs
--- Assist in the deployment of strategies and plans focused on taking new customers in a region
--- Collaborate with the local sales team and business partners to ensure the execution of regional marketing programs
--- Conduct monthly regional business reviews to present benchmark data, highlight results, discuss goal attainment, and revise upcoming marketing activities
--- Train new employees within the corresponding region
---To conduct sales blitz on a Weekly/monthly basis and prepare summary report for the blitz.
---Leading planning sessions for assigned projects/tasks
---Managing project progress and adapt work as required
---Ensuring projects meets deadlines
---other duties as assigned by your supervisor
QualificationsWhat Is Expected Of Me

  • Education Business: Administration, Marketing Bachelors
  • Minimum 3-5 years of strategic sales experience: preferably with a consumer packaged goods organization
  • Experience working with 3rd party Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) (Preferable)
  • Language: Bilingual English and Spanish desirable
  • Travel: Domestic 70%
