Do you love the vacation or short-term rental home sale market? We have an exciting commission opportunity to join our team and focus on vacation or short-term rental home sales. We are looking for someone driven, a good communicator, and licensed. You'll get the opportunity to tap into our home resources and systems. Responsibilities:
--- Convert pre-qualified leads
--- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
--- Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base
--- Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
--- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
--- Close sales
--- Execute appointments
--- Sales talk mastery

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Commission opportunity
--- Coachable
--- Sales experience
