Job Title: IT Service Desk Associate
Client: Global Investment Firm
Location: San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $55-$60/hr.
Contract: Contract to Hire
Job Description:
As an IT Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting and
enhancing the firm's technology infrastructure. Serving as the
primary point of contact for IT support and administration, you
will ensure smooth operations of the IT service desk and contribute
to the overall efficiency of the firm's technology systems.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience
supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 workstations in a
business environment. You should also have experience managing Okta
for identity and provisioning, along with familiarity with MDM
tools such as Intune and JAMF. A minimum of 2 years of experience
supporting video conferencing platforms, particularly Zoom, is
required, as well as a strong understanding of networking
principles. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as
CompTIA, Microsoft, or ITIL, and/or experience working within a
regulated financial services environment.
This position is based in our San Francisco (Financial District)
office and will report directly to the Head of IT.
