Job Overview:The Material Master Data Analyst coordinates and performs day-to-day tasks related to the creation, maintenance, and data quality management throughout the lifecycle of a material for all Routes to Market, Business Units, and Bottlers.

• Develops knowledge and understands end-to-end processes, including impacts on upstream and downstream systems.
• Supports product launch initiatives to ensure master data supports flawless execution.
• Responsible for data accuracy, conducting periodic audits and data integrity checks.
• Provides data verification and analysis in SAP material master and relevant systems.
• Reviews data input and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness.
• Maintains relationships with all business partners related to Material Master Data.
• Collaborates with functional groups such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT to improve Master Data processes.
• Utilizes data tools to analyze SAP and legacy systems data, ensuring compliance and high data quality.
• Develops and maintains documentation, providing knowledge transfer on business processes and workflows.
• Enhances and streamlines business processes within the functional area.
• Participates in and/or leads projects, including material testing and supporting business design requirements.Total Rewards:

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
    • 3+ years of professional experience in Finance or General Business.
    • SAP experience highly preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and basic MS Access knowledge.
    • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
