Position Overview:
Siemens Mobility Rolling Stock is seeking a 2 nd Shift Locomotive
and Carshell Weld Production Supervisor to join our growing team!
In this role, you will lead the Locomotive and Carshell Weld team
in driving continuous improvement in budget, safety, and schedule
adherence using lean manufacturing principles. You'll guide our
diverse teams in solving technical challenges related to standard
and non-standard work, tooling, material flow, safety, engineering
drawings, BOMs, and process improvements on the production floor
and during planning phases.

The base salary range for this position in Sacramento, CA $96,800
to $115,000 per year with a 10% shift differential.
