automotive mechanic (south sacramento)Prestige Auto Works A-B Level Repair Technician Opening for A-Level Automotive Repair Technician. Must have repair experience and references available. Preferably also SMOG inspection certified. Preferably skilled at troubleshooting malfunctions and concerns. Opportunity to grow diagnostic skills to highly technical levels. Full time position. Here at Prestige Auto Works we service ALL makes and models, specializing in European and Foreign cars. We are looking for a good technician who takes pride in their work, empathizes with the customer and is motivated by the opportunity to help another person with the very technical nature of servicing and repairing today's complex vehicles. He/she clearly explains to the service adviser what needs to be done, and why. Multi-point inspections are completed on a digital tablet with pictures and descriptions. Our customers appreciate our quality work, quick turn around, and friendly atmosphere. We work well as a team as well as individually. Proper time management, commitment to detail and staying on task are very important. Doing the job right the first time is our goal. We warranty all repairs for one year or 12k. MUST have own tools. (and willing to expand own tool base as needed) List any ASE certificates that are current or expired. Maintaining a very high level of customer satisfaction is priority. Pay rate is based on experience and finalized at the end of the trial period. Full time work available Monday - Friday, Closed Saturday and Sunday.
