This role is responsible for primary support to production in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing equipment downtime to ensure maximum output.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with Production and Engineering to monitor equipment status and performance while proactively addressing problems using the appropriate troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Document all repairs and the appropriate adjustments made.
• Assess the equipment s performance and repair history and work with engineers to plan a preventative maintenance schedule as well as work on equipment upgrades as appropriate.The essential requirements of the job include:
  • High School degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of related work experience OR AA or Technical Trade Degree with 1+ years of related work experience
  • Must have solid understanding of interpreting manuals and schematics and have strong knowledge in mechanical alignment and the troubleshooting of automated mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment.
  • Must have experience working with pneumatics actuators and cylinders and familiarity with electrical/electronic components, Automation, Robotics, Sensors, Fiber Optics and motors It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
