which makes everything possible.The Controls Technician part of the
Process Engineering group and is located in Lodi, CA.In this role,
you will have the opportunity to:
- Complete assigned task for electrical system
Reliability-centered maintenance, Preventive Maintenance,
Predictive Maintenance, and Condition-based Maintenance programs
(Thermal Imaging, Ultrasound, Motor Testing, and Control
loops).
- Respond to problem-solving efforts for controls systems -
sensors, PLCs, HMIs, robotics, vision systems, servo systems,
control drives, motion controllers, heating systems, RTDs and
thermal probes, MCCs, and P&IDs, etc.
- Read, Interpret and Research technical standards, documents,
and procedures - equipment drawings, schematic diagrams, P&IDs,
technical/user manuals, and circuit diagrams to assist with
problem-solving efforts.The essential requirements of the job
include:
- High School degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of
related work experience OR AA or Technical Trade Degree with 1+
years of related work experience
- Must have solid understanding of interpreting manuals and
schematics and have strong knowledge in mechanical alignment and
the troubleshooting of automated mechanical, electrical and
pneumatic equipment.
- Must have experience working with pneumatics actuators and
cylinders and familiarity with electrical/electronic components,
Automation, Robotics, Sensors, Fiber Optics and motors It would be
a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Ultrasonic welding, PLC knowledge and GMPCepheid, a Danaher

is $30-$40 hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is
the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of
this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted
range. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also
eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of
