Position Summary
This position provides executive administrative support to the
Associate Dean's, Dean's Office and the Council of Chairs regarding
research, interpretation, and analysis of University, College and
department procedures. This position creates reports, spreadsheets,
requests for information, meeting agendas and distributable
minutes, and other documents, which may involve highly confidential
matters. This position provides the primary point of contact for
and manages the College's ARTP process, in support of the primary
and secondary committees, facilitating workshops and overseeing and
maintaining related custodial files and confidential records. This
position has broadly delegated authority for administrative
functions, implementing guidelines and procedures, and works
collaboratively with department chairs and deans for all unit 11
personnel practices and guidelines, faculty travel, and College
grants and awards. Assignments regularly require the use of
independent judgment to make decisions, interpret, and apply a wide
range of policies and procedures related to College operations and
activities. This position works independently with minimal
supervision and is required to use personal initiative and judgment
in assuming responsibilities for tasks and projects.
FLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime compensation under FLSA).
This position is benefits-eligible.
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,518 - $6,791 per month
Hiring Range: $3,518 - $4,800 per month
Recruitment Type: Regular (probationary)

Pay Plan: 12 month
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Minimum Qualifications
Entry to this classification requires general knowledge and skills
in the applicable administrative and/or program field with a
foundational knowledge of public administration principles,
practices, and methods. This foundation would normally be obtained
through a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and
administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or
evaluation leading to the development or improvement of
administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.

16. Knowledge of University infrastructure, policies and
procedures.
17. Competence in University Programs (i.e. OnBase, Adobe Sign,
CMS, SharePoint, etc.).
18. Experience with event planning for small and large group
meetings as well as conferences.
