the supervision of the VP, Manufacturing Engineering & EHS, this
position manages and coordinates organization-wide efforts to
ensure that electrical safety and maintenance programs comply with
industry consensus standards. This position assumes the leading
role for electrical design for new projects as well as renovations
and plant expansions. Manages and coordinates organization-wide
efforts to ensure that plant automation systems are kept
up-to-date, and that intellectual property (in the form of
machinery programming) is safeguarded. This role is needed to drive
continuous improvement in our factories; and is responsible for
supporting and demonstrating the Core Values of Integrity, Safety,
Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation and Financial Success.
Performs other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS To perform
this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each
essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required.Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or scientific
discipline, and over three years of experience with advance
knowledge in electrical engineering, obtainable usually through a
combination of experience and continuing education; Equivalent
combination of education, training, and experience.Requires a broad
knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and a solid knowledge
of principles and practices of related technical areas.Requires a
broad knowledge of the application of engineering to plant
constructability as applied to construction methods and materials,
and the economics involved.AutoCADElectrical analysis software
familiarity (i.E., ETAP, Easy Power, Dapper/Captor).Excellent
computer skills in Microsoft Suite.Knowledgeable in National Fire
Protection Association/National Electrical Code (NFPA/NEC)Must have
a valid driver's license and passportPredictable, and Regular
attendance is requiredPhysical Demands The physical demands
