    • Self-starter, detail oriented, ability to breakdown and organize complex assignments into manageable units; able to multi-task, prioritize work, and follow direction.
    • Ability to work independently, complete tasks and provide quality work products with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent writing and listening skills.
    • Communicate effectively and tactfully (verbally and in writing) when interacting with internal/external stakeholders and the public.
    • Ability to develop and maintain knowledge and skills related to tasks and administrative methodologies.
    • Demonstrate professional, courteous, and positive demeanor.
