Job Posting:Senior Benefits Program Analyst The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) is responsible for issues related to employee salaries and benefits, job classifications, civil rights, training, exams, recruitment and retention. For most employees, many of these matters are determined through the collective bargaining process managed by CalHR.

1. Provide examples that demonstrate your work and/or education in researching, interpreting and applying laws, rules, regulations, policies and practices in a professional environment. What steps did you take to make a decision/recommendation? When responding to the question, please list the years of experience you have.

2. Provide a specific example that demonstrates your approach to delivering superior customer service including how you identified a customer's need, what steps you took to respond to the customer, and how you were able to measure customer satisfaction with your solution and/or guidance.
