**Job Requisition ID #** 22WD61429**Position Overview** Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) is looking for a motivated and passionate Salesforce Administrator to join as a key member of the Sales Systems team. You will be an integral part in the success of our Customer Support/Success teams - all of whom rely on Salesforce in their day-to-day activities.This role will be responsible for executing daily administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to ACS's -800 SFDC users. In addition, this role will work alongside the rest of the Revenue Operations team. The role would serve as the primary resource for all things regarding Customer Services and Customer SuccessWe're looking for someone who is a Salesforce platform expert, a great trainer, efficient project manager and an excellent problem solver.**Responsibilities** + Work with internal teams to understand and gather business requirements and translate these into platform features+ Manage projects and requests coming from stakeholder teams, effectively advising on best practices+ Understand the cross functional impacts of new features and workflows, walking through 'what if' scenarios to resolve gaps prior to implementation+ Represent Revenue Operations in planning meetings with supported stakeholder teams, primarily Customer Success and Customer Support+ Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support apps and integrations+ Maintain alignment with Salesforce best practices+ Provide support functions as needed+ Build and maintain applications for the various support functions+ Install and update managed packages**Minimum Qualifications** + 3+ years of relevant Salesforce experience, ideally within a high-growth, B2B/SaaS business. Experience managing user counts > 800 a plus+ Experience working with Service Cloud, Chat, Telephony integrations and Console+ 2+ years of program or project management**Preferred Qualifications** + Salesforce and/or Advanced Salesforce Admin Certification+ Service Cloud Consultant Certification**The Ideal Candidate** + Works well in a team environment+ Methodical and organized; able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently while prioritizing and planning effectively with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment+ Familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks+ Advanced hands-on experience with completing standard SFDC admin tasks, including:+ creation and maintenance of fields and new objects+ creation and maintenance of validation rules and workflows+ creation and maintenance of profiles, permission sets, and roles+ Experience training new users and creating release documentation+ Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to think through various scenarios, understand the impact on our org, and then both provide and flawlessly execute recommendations with high attention to detail+ Ability to comprehend business requirements along with the technical requirements to define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet both+ Willing to service other time zones and be flexible in work hours as this is a global role+ Demonstrated ability to work with little to no oversight, has initiative and confidence to complete tasks from start to finish+ Strong written and verbal communication skills+ Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior business partners and stakeholders+ A self-starter with an ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities+ Willingness to learn new skills and tools**About Autodesk Construction Solutions**Autodesk has fully reimagined the construction business for the digital age, enabling company/ies to address the most important challenges they face today while preparing for new ways of working in the future.
