can succeed. Who you are As part of the REMS team at Lincoln Plaza,
the Sustainability Analyst will work with the Senior Facilities
Manager on sustainable activities, tracking and reporting of
environmental data, managing service contracts related to
environmental services and consultants, and collaboration with the
Client's Sustainability team. What you bring --- At least 2+ years'
experience in environmental science, research, market analysis or
related role in commercial real estate. ------------ Bachelor's
degree in Environmental Science or related field (Business,
Economics, Statistics). ------------ Excellent written, verbal
communication and presentation skills. ------------ Advanced
knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ------------
Strong analytical skills and experience using various data sources
and platforms. Bonus skills and experience --- LEED Green
Associate, Accredited Professional credentials or Energy Star
Portfolio Manager and CRIS a plus. What success looks like
------------ You will work directly with the Client, consultants,
contractors and internal staff to create workflow for the LEED
recertification process, including planning meetings, data
collection and input, tracking and documentation. ------------ You
successfully track market activity using internal and external
resources. Provide company and industry research using on-line and
in-house resources. ------------ You will follow current trends in
sustainability, conservation and green building operations.
------------ You effectively collect, input and track energy and
water consumption through EPA's Energy Star Portfolio Manager, and
provide reports as requested ------------ You will track and report
on federal, state and local sustainability performance mandates.
------------ You successfully manage the existing LEED
certification program for two (2) Class-A and 1 Class-B office
buildings thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can use
your amazing multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines with
