our clients. Responsibilities Health Practice Area Supporting
project managers across multiple projects and clients and working
with various project teamsProviding daily client and project
support either onsite or via phone/email (as project experience and
knowledge is gained)Supporting financial analysis for various
clients including cost allocation plans, cost reports, and setting
rates for public servicesLearning PCG's web-based technologies and
supporting the project team through the customization process,
implementation, training, and ongoing operational effortsSupporting
proposal development teams, including writing sections,
coordinating efforts and preparing proposal submissionsDeveloping
presentations for and attending conferences/seminarsPreparing and
presenting written status reports. Supporting the team completing
assessment documentation and recommendation reports for
clientsConducting policy and other research to support the project
team and assist in preparing information briefs for both internal
and client-facing useDefining, documenting, and improving business
processesGathering and analyzing a variety of data, including both
financial and written policy/procedure informationLearning and
performing tasks related to sales and marketing Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or earned by the of May
2022Relevant work experience in the fields of Healthcare,
Government, or the Consulting field Required Skills: Strong
interpersonal, organizational, research, presentation, time
management, problem-solving, and written communication skillsA
detail-oriented problem solving approach to business and technical
issuesFlexibility and willingness to embrace changeSelf-starter
possessing intellectual curiosityEnthusiasm for life-long learning
and staying well-informed about current industry issuesA commitment
to deliver exceptional client serviceStrong analytical skills,
including the ability to learn new software systems and analyze
policy and legislation Ability to work both in a team situation and
