The Senior Technician Production Operations for Beckman Coulter
Diagnostics works in the Ancillary Waters/Broths department during
the afternoon shift (1:00pm - 9:30pm).
This position is part of the Beckman Coulter Microbiology
Manufacturing department and is in West Sacramento, CA. At
Microbiology, our vision is to ensure that every patient has access
to the right antibiotic at the right time.
You will be a part of the Manufacturing team and report to a
Production Manager. If you thrive in an innovative, fast paced role

In this role, you will:
Be responsible for the set-up and operation of Torque & label and
packaging equipment in a controlled environment.
Monitor equipment (meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, pressures,
and related controls) to ensure adherence to production/process
specifications.
Perform in-process tests, in-process product inspections and make
equipment adjustments as needed.
May operate a forklift.
Accurately detail production activities.
Participate in Danaher Business Systems activities.
The requirements of the job include:
High school degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Willing to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience in a FDA/ISO supervised manufacturing environment
Experience in a medical diagnostic device environment
Microsoft Office programs
