Supply Chain/Purchasing Coordinator

QUAD is immediately seeking a Supply Chain/Purchasing Coordinator for a growing technology company's location in Sacramento, CA.

The Supply Chain/Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Logistics and Supply Chain team with vendor communications, obtaining quotes, and processing transactions.

Skills/Competencies:
The Supply Chain/Purchasing Coordinator will possess these skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years logistics, supply chain, and/or purchasing experience
Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Ability to perform high volume database entry, including creating and tracking reports
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail

Additional Details:
Salary: $28.00-$31.00 / hr

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain/Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for:
Performing customer material billing and purchase order price variance reconciliations
Maintaining daily inventory reconciliations
Processing purchase orders and requisitions
Tracking and reporting vendor material backorders
Performing data analysis and forecasting
Communicating regularly with vendors on set-up and coordination
Utilizing Excel to maintain reports
Tracking freight
Performing audits of internal inventory
Ad hoc data entry and reporting
