experienced, collaborative, and adaptable senior UI/UX designer who
is passionate about understanding user needs and pain points to
join the Experience Design (XD) team. The XD Team crafts effortless
mobile, web and desktop experiences that are grounded in empathy
and informed by insights and thoughtful planning. We are a
multi-disciplinary group of professionals with expertise in Design,
Content Strategy and Research. We collaborate across the enterprise
to build exceptional digital experiences for millions of clients.

their tomorrow.As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you are responsible
for:UI/UX design expertise and execution:
- Bring products to life, designing solutions that delight and
satisfy our clients and meet business needs.
- Support product design efforts from discovery to final
delivery,
- Design interactions across desktop, mobile web and native
mobile experiences, using product context.
- Align visual design approach for products.
- Work within a design system with an understanding of patterns
and components.
- Understand that the tiniest detail can make all the difference
in designing a great product, with focused attention on meeting
product requirements, providing consistent and error-free
experiences aligned to brand identity, and ensuring every aspect of
the design is accessible and inclusive.Experience consulting:
- Create solutions together with a cross-functional Agile team,
considering how digital, physical, and service channels work
together.
- Ideate with a divergent focus to identify gaps and research
questions.
- Support ideation session facilitation and idea evaluation.
- Create consensus with partners, using a variety of XD methods
to focus on the problem to solve.
- Estimate task completion and raise roadblocks to team or
project lead.
- Maintain the high standards set by the group, including channel
standards, content standards and the Charles Schwab design
system.Teamwork, collaboration, and engagement

learning environment.What you haveWhat you have:
- 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience focused on digital
products or equivalent.
- 1+ year of UI/UX experience for touch-based mobile interfaces
is a plus.
- 1-2 years of Schwab technology domain expereince as a current
or recent contractor or employee
- An online portfolio showing process and design thinking.
- Experience with most aspects of a user-centered design process,
including user research, developing user flows, creating
wireframes, and creating content specifications.
- Experience working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
within an iterative process and an Agile development
methodology.
- Self-management skills, comfortable with responsibility,
working directly with our client partners, and capable of managing
your project work.
- Proficient in design tools like Figma.
- Experience supporting design sessions with cross-functional
teams.
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and
work with various levels of the organization and various
personality types.
- Comfortable in a project-driven work environment, with a
positive attitude and solid work ethic.While the above skills and
