• Loan repayment availableJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is fluent in Farsi to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to improve the health and wellbeing of our diverse patient population. The successful candidate will be board certified and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Family Practice or a federally qualified health center (FQHC). Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive and continuous primary care to a diverse population of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.2. Perform physical examinations, preventive health measures, and assessments of health status.3. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and x-rays.4. Prescribe medications, therapies, and other treatments as necessary.5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of care.6. Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.7. Document patient care services in electronic medical records accurately and timely.8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.9. Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of nursing and participate in continuous professional development activities.Qualifications:1. Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.2. Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state.3. Board certification in Family Practice.4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Family Practice or FQHC.5. Fluency in Russian - both written and spoken.6. Proficient in electronic medical records and medical terminology.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients and their families.8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.10.
