Description

Weekly Working Hours: 40
Prepares loan document packages for secured/unsecured commercial
and consumer loans. Works in coordination with initiating Credit
HUB. Responsible for system updates and the tracking and follow up
on all UCC filings and reports. Reviews original unsigned and
executed loan packages for accuracy and completeness. Ensures
disclosures have been drawn and security instruments are in
compliance with established Bank requirements and Federal/State
regulations. Prepares loan document tracking reports. Performs
additional job related duties as required. Experience should be
directly related to the documentation and review of secured
commercial, consumer and real estate loans. Requires general
knowledge of U.C.C. filings, lien perfection, title insurance and
policies, consumer regulations and disclosures, and hazard, flood
and construction insurance declarations. Excellent communication,
organization and analytical skills a must. Proficient in Word,
Excel and LaserPro along with the ability to function under very
tight time constraints with few to no errors.

Salary Description
$15.50 - $19.00
