We offer competitive pay and great benefits for our employees.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Support Specialist, you will provide product training and customer support to dealerships. This position is the primary contact with dealerships to answer questions about how to use the Reviver app and questions about plate installations. The right person will be expected to:

Maintain -existing dealership relationshipsWork -alongside Regional Sales RepresentativesCreate -opportunities to upsell and increase businessThoroughly understand and maintain -knowledge of our product, the app, and appropriate technologyCollaborate -with internal resourcesAble to travel as necessaryTrain -dealerships on the functionalities of the plateStaying abreast of new releases and updating dealerships as appropriateDevelop solid relationships with the dealerships and cultivate opportunities to sell more platesRequired skills/ Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsProficient in using technology (i.e., Microsoft Office, etc.)Ability to travel as neededProficient in CRM (preferred)Auto industry experience (preferred) -Additional NotesThe salary range for this role is $65000 - $72000 with a commission. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. A candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation.
