Bilingual Spanish/English Recruiter Assistant Wanted! This is an in-person position. Not remote. Join our fast-paced, busy office as a Bilingual Spanish/English Recruiter Assistant and help us find the best talent from diverse backgrounds! If you have exceptional customer service skills, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, excellent time management and organizational abilities, and can work both independently and within a team, we want to hear from you! Location: Sacramento Shift: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) - Full Time Pay Rate: $18 per hour - Pay every Friday! Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms and channels Assist with phone screenings and scheduling interviews for recruiters Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate documentation Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients in both Spanish and English Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions and posting job ads Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing prompt assistance and information
