Prism Management specializes in all things Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing. For years, we have worked with some of the best and brightest in the telecommunications field and we are hopeful for many years to come in our partnership. Through our unique, hands-on approach, we have been able to drive our clients' growth and exceed their expectations time and time again. As the year is coming to a close, we are looking to finish out this last quarter strong in order to set ourselves up for success in the new year. That is why we are currently looking for an individual who is motivated to join our team as the Customer Support Representative. - -Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:

Work directly with client customers and assist with answering questions, explaining product features and benefits, and close salesProvide an exceptional customer experience and follow all client compliance guidelines when working with customersHave a full understanding of daily and quarterly sales goals -Master all product knowledge and be able to cross sell different products and servicesWork seamlessly with the Customer Support team and trade tips in order to improve as a whole -Requirements of the Customer Support Representative:
A high school degree Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or other related field is preferred, but not requiredA minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in any customer service related positionA desire to learn and take on new challengesThe ability to communicate well both internally and externallyPossessing a competitive spirit and a drive to grow is a plus -Here at Prism Managment, we value giving each and every one of our employees the equal opportunity to grow within our company.
