employee discipline.The ability to communicate effectively with
high-level law enforcement managers and the public (both orally and
in writing); acts in a professional manner and demonstrates a high
degree of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior. The incumbent
should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
