Job Description:

MNY is looking for a project manager to join our small remote team. In this specific role, you will join a team to support the day to day operations within the company's accounting workflow. As an operations manager you will be responsible for managing work assignment, deliverable inflow and completed work outflow for the company. The ideal candidate is dynamic with an effective attention to detail and prior experience working within accounting or operations. -Responsibilities

Manage internal operations - Tracking client deadlines, tasking internal teams and tracking time.Communicating with clients - Engage with clients to receive work documentation, clarify project technical questions, and submit deliverables.Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams to identify and allocate the necessary time and resources for each project.Develop project plans - Manage time tracking and project management systems.Reporting Metrics - Manage reporting metrics and provide insights to internal leadership. -Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Emphasis in accounting, finance or business administration)4-5 years experience in project managementAbility to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvementExcellent written and verbal communicationsAdvanced skill set in time management and task prioritizationPassion for managing teams and driving business metricsPreferred Qualifications

Prior experience in project management or operations management.Prior experience working within the accounting field or within an accounting office.Great Technology proficiency. - - -Powered by JazzHR
