Job Details
Title: Client Success Coordinator, Housing Department: Housing,
Folsom, CA Direct Report: Housing Manager FLSA Classification:
Exempt Work Hours: Full-Time. 800am-500pm. Monday through Friday
with occasional evening and weekend work required. Travel: None
Summary: The Client Success Coordinator, Housing is responsible for
assigned operational tasks, including but not limited to, creating
customer branded booking sites, loading inventory into platform
based on hotel contracts, creation of comprehensive reporting for
customers and internal stakeholders and other tasks on behalf of
ConferenceDirect Client Success Housing Managers and our Clients as
needed. This position entails considerable interaction with team
members, manager and other departments within ConferenceDirect.
Job Responsibilities
This position does not have any direct supervisory
responsibilities.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position operates in a professional office environment. This
role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers,
phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to
use hands to grasp, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Requirements:Required Education and Experience College degree in
Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management or related
field, preferably with experience in the event technology or event
services industry or equivalent practical experience.
