Details Title: Client Success Coordinator, Housing Department:
Housing, Folsom, CA Direct Report: Housing Manager FLSA
Classification: Exempt Work Hours: Full-Time. 800am-500pm. Monday
through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work required.
Travel: None Summary: The Client Success Coordinator, Housing is
responsible for assigned operational tasks, including but not
limited to, creating customer branded booking sites, loading
inventory into platform based on hotel contracts, creation of
comprehensive reporting for customers and internal stakeholders and
other tasks on behalf of ConferenceDirect Client Success Housing
Managers and our Clients as needed. This position entails
considerable interaction with team members, manager and other
departments within ConferenceDirect.Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the building of online hotel reservation sites
for meeting and conventions ranging from 500 - 100,000+
attendees
- Create and deliver room block memos, room block allocations and
tracking documents
- Interpret hotel contracts for transfer into Housing system
- Communicate with hotel contacts regarding opening
documentation
- Create and provide Housing Managers with reports and
information at weekly & monthly intervals
- Complete hotel audits and finalize group pickup
- Provide backup support to the Operations team
- Assist with the creation of Final Hotel / Housing reports
- Reconcile financial data including cancellations, rebates and
commissions
- Conduct registration comparison and room block concession
audits

Requirements:
Required Education and Experience College degree in Business
Administration, Hospitality, Event Management or related field,
preferably with experience in the event technology or event
services industry or equivalent practical
