_Are you looking for a dynamic position with a well-established company, working in a fast-paced environment with a friendly team?_Elder Options, Inc. provides solutions for older adults, individuals with chronic health challenges, and neuro-diverse children/adults and their families. We work with clients and families to ensure a life lived fully every day.This position will complete daily administrative activities as directed by the C.O.O. with a heavy emphasis on marketing, social media, and coordination of the Assisted Living Waiver Program. Pay range, benefits, perks: Position is 24 hours per week (schedule 8am-4pm), $17-18/hour. On call rotation at $250 per schedule (approximately once per month).Benefits include 401(k) with Safe Harbor matching Employee discount Paid time off Paid Holiday's Professional development assistance Duties/Responsibilities: Discussing client needs, issues, or concerns with care managers and clients Discussing and coordination for the ALW program. To include, monitoring of assessments, submissions, and client move ins. Coordination with families and administrators, and adherence to state specific timelines. Communication with clients, caregivers, and families Ability to utilize web-based operating platform Record Management: including creating new client files, maintenance of client documents Additional Administrative Duties: Answering telephone calls and being able to appropriately answer questions or direct calls, mail pick up On-call duties Create content for Social Media to ensure regular posting, i.e. Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, Yelp. Follow up with inquiries made on Social Media Attending local networking events Develop and prepare local drop off's Requirements/Qualifications: Outgoing personality with willingness to learn Attention to detail and timelines Experience with Microsoft Suite Ability to learn company specific software Ability to work as a team Elder Options is led by our core values.
