JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Customer Service Representative supports the organization by telephone, text and email by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. To be successful in this role it is key to develop knowledge about the organizations products and become well-versed in the technical language in our industry. By developing these skills, the Customer Service Representative will be able to provide our customers with informative and accurate information to assist them in their order.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answering customer/sales rep calls, texts, and emails.

- Receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of orders from customer utilizing the companies ERP system and customer purchase/restock orders.

- Initiating required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate departments.

- Manage customers short stocks and backorders that remain in the system.

- Communicate with the scheduling/manufacturing team to make sure requested inventory is on schedule.

- Maintain accurate and up to date client data.

- Accept and acknowledge customer orders in a timely manner.

- Manage all customer RGA's while utilizing ERP for expired product/exchanges/returns and updating log.

- Other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3 Years proven experience in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment.

- Listening skills and data collection with attention to detail are essential.

- ERP experience is a PLUS.

- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal, conflict management and time management skills.

- Efficient with all Microsoft Office Suite products.

- Data Entry and 10-key experience a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
