Job Description:

DEFINITION OF POSITION
Coordinates registration, contract review and fulfillment, and logistics for ACSA's in-person and online professional learning programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate and manage contract workflow for ACSA educational services programs, participants, vendors, consultants and coaches
Reviews, tracks and submits invoices, expenses and reimbursement claim forms to financial services, using applicable budgetary code
Prepare, schedule and manages registration workflow for ACSA's professional learning programs
Provides support to presenters; prepares and distributes program materials to participants
Develops and manages procedures, systems, databases, and to complete assigned projects
Maintains professional learning webpages via ACSA's content management system
Monitors video conference sessions to ensure effective program delivery and enhance participant experience
Develops, implements and analyzes evaluations for assigned professional learning programs
Maintains current knowledge of programs offered by Educational Services Department and works with members and staff providing program and department information
Finalizes fiscal and program year-end reports of all professional development programs
Prepares and disseminates participant communications, tracks attendance and serves as point of contact
Creates and/or edits department materials, forms and correspondence
Must have strong project management skills-ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, assimilate feedback from multiple stakeholders, and adhere to tight deadlines.
Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Cloud based collaboration applications/tools (Slack, Teams, Trello, etc.)
- General accounting principles to accurately manage invoice, revenue and expense tracking
- English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Research techniques sufficient to collect, organize, and report data in both narrative and statistical formats.

Ability to:
- Model professional behaviors at all times
- Demonstrate a member service attitude
- Work collaboratively with others with a focus on teamwork
- Effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple projects as assigned
- Perform a variety of highly complex and sensitive functions of an administrative nature requiring sound judgment within established policies
- Communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Interpret and apply association policies and practices to analyze, evaluate and solve procedural problems.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Occasionally travel ( - Accommodate a workweek that includes Friday evenings and/or Saturdays on occasion to support learning programs.

Experience:
Minimum of three years of related professional experience.

Training/Education:
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
