The Remi Group is looking to hire full time, remote Sales / Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our dynamic Revenue Team in the Northern California area. This is a fantastic B2B sales opportunity for a self-starter! Are you a sales professional with exceptional interpersonal skills? Do you enjoy prospecting and closing most deals over the phone? In this position, you will receive the industry knowledge and training needed to successfully sell our equipment maintenance management program into the healthcare, education, research laboratory, and government market segments. The size of the equipment maintenance market is unlimited thus allowing driven sales professionals to become top business producers .

What your typical day looks like:
Proactively research and identify potential clients, and qualify leads as sales opportunities within the State of California agencies and departments
Engage and build rapport with decision-makers through cold calling, emails, Zoom or Microsoft Teams calls
Actively listen and identify clients' needs, and present our product offering as a solution to acquire new and follow-up business
Coordinate and participate in client-facing conference calls
Follow-up with prospects and close business deals
Attend weekly team meetings and learning development sessions
Report to Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results, while maintaining qualified sales leads in CRM

Job Requirements:
What you need to pass go:
Strong desire and motivation to learn the business and industry nuances
Strong competitive drive to excel at selling
Strong work ethic, persistence, and resiliency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1-3 years of sales experience, a stable work history, and evidence of strong performance are ideal
1-3 years of account management, relationship management, customer service
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with a CRM
Ability and desire to travel around the State of California visiting agencies and departments in person (when allowed)
