Inc is looking for a successful and qualified Sociologist/ subject matter expert in cultural responsiveness/humility to Design and deliver a customized cultural responsiveness course for intact groups of Service employees, volunteers, and Refuge Friends (See Glossary) who are co-located at Service sites.Qualifications/ Experience:A minimum of 5 years of documented experience and knowledge of cultural responsiveness/humility, including unconscious bias.A minimum of 5 years of documented experience developing training methods and materials using an industry-standard instructional system design process.A minimum of 3 years documented experience teaching adult learnersA minimum of 3 years documented experience delivering training related to cultural humility (or equivalent) via in-person face-to-face (classroom setting), with demonstrated ability to manage conflict and sensitive situations; experience delivering training via webinars and other distance learning media is desirable.Experience designing a Kirkpatrick Level 2 training evaluation instrument, analyzing evaluation data, and writing an evaluation report.Ability to provide language translation of course materials and instruction to non-English speakers of the following languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, and Hmong (preferable) Duties: -Develop instructional and training materials for the cultural responsiveness training, with input from the Service/NCTC DoT.Participate in meetings to discuss and come to an agreement on course design, instructional methods, training materials, and delivery datesRevise instructional methods and instructional and training materials based on review and feedback from the Service/NCTC DoT.Deliver instructional and training materials (in electronic format; Section 508 compliant) to NCTC DoT.Develop a Kirkpatrick Level 2 training evaluation instrumentPerform a collective analysis of all three Kirkpatrick Level 2 course evaluations.
