NOW HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Description:
- Answer calls and respond to emails from members, and providers.
A majority of calls are from members regarding eligibility,
authorizations, enrollment, payments/billing, claims, and ID
- Select, and explain the best solution to solve the issue.
- Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure
resolution.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Flexibility,
Attendance, Willingness to learn, Commitment, WPM 30+ Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail,
customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
