This position plays a vital role in the Tax Branch's partnership with the employer community. Working through subordinate managers, the Bureau Chief plans and directs the activities of the following teams:

  • The Office of Taxpayer Rights Advocate, which includes the Taxpayer Advocate Office, Settlements Group, and Publications and Marketing Services Group.
  • Management Analysis and Projects Section, which includes the Legislative Analysis Group, Project Management Group, Tax Branch Reporting Group, and Tax Information Security Office.
