Job Description:
You'll be interacting with customers via phone, talking with
real estate agents, title companies, homeowners, and home buyers
and sellers. Most of your time will be spent answering questions
regarding service contracts and coverage and entering customer
information into a customer portal.Essential FunctionsAnswer
incoming calls.Talk with real estate agents, title companies,
homeowners, and home buyers and sellers.Review customer history as
necessary.Stay up to date on and follow policy and procedure
guidelines.Acquire and maintain knowledge and understanding of
products.Answer questions regarding contracts and coverages,
including service coverage, transferability, deductibles, and
service fees.Document information within a customer portal,
entering customer details including name, address, telephone
number, etc.Help support sales as by promoting the benefits,
coverage, and terms of products and taking renewal orders as
