Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal & Compliance Operations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in policy development, audit support, risk assessment, and
regulatory awareness in compliance operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for legal team requests,
manage legal review processes, contract administration, due
diligence coordination, billing management, and support strategic
initiatives in legal operations
Conduct research, provide support on ad hoc legal projects, and
deliver insights and solutions as needed
Required Qualifications:
Located outside of the United States
Three years of experience as a paralegal or in legal/compliance
operations
Experience in traditional financial institutions or law firms
focusing on financial services
BA/BS degree preferred
Proficiency with Apple products, GSuite, Slack, and other
cloud-based coworking tools
