As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex legal matters related to real estate law. You must have a JD degree and a strong background in real estate law to be considered for this position.Responsibilities:Draft and review real estate contracts, leases, and agreementsConduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients on real estate mattersNegotiate and mediate real estate transactions on behalf of clientsRepresent clients in court proceedings related to real estate disputesProvide guidance and support to clients on zoning and land use mattersDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with other legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clientsStay up-to-date with changes in real estate law and regulationsQualifications:JD degree from an accredited law school2+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate AttorneyStrong knowledge of real estate law and regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsIf you are a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Real Estate Attorney with a passion for real estate law, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
