Hybrid remote work permanently.Job DetailsUS and foreign patent prosecution experience.Experience docketing and responding to docket inquiries.Experience preparing and filing US, PCT, foreign, and national phase patent applications.Experience communicating directly with clients, foreign attorneys, and USPTO.RequirementsBachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in a law firm environment with patent docketing and prosecution administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience with Intellectual Property filing and prosecution rules and regulations.Working knowledge of PCT and foreign patent rules, filing requirements, and forms.Experience working in PAIR and e-filing with the USPTO Receiving Office.Ability to work independently and as part of a team with great attention to detail, interacting with all levels of firm personnel and with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion.Creative problem-solving skills, reasoning ability and logical thought process.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize competing demands and meet various deadlines.Professionally interact and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.Work well independently and as part of a team.Outstanding sense of customer service.Proactive and a positive attitude.Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.Must be self-motivated to produce quality work.High level of integrity and honesty.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
