Ideal candidate will have experience or interest in working with complex consumer litigation or general litigation. • 3 years experience practicing law
• Experience OR interest in complex consumer litigation, False Claims Act litigation, Data Breach class action and Qui Tam lawsuits or related legal experience in the private or public sector preferred
• Draft pleadings, complaints, discovery, motions, and other court filings with various State and Federal Courts; conduct research on a variety of novel legal issues in State and Federal cases; present and argue motions
• Manage mediation and court approval process for class action cases
• Self-starter with all phases of litigation, including interpretation of laws and regulations
• Exceptional writing, research and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft suite and case management software
• Attention to detail and superior organization skills
• Strong academic background from ABA-accredited law school--
• Ability to work well as a team and with clients
