Job Description:

Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C., an AV-rated litigation firm, seeks an attorney with 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney to join our Workers' Compensation department. The successful candidate will receive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to represent a wide variety of clients, many in public safety, with cross-over cases in our Personal Injury and Labor and Employment Law departments.
Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting letters to clients and opposing counsel
• Filing court documents
• Taking depositions
• Preparing witnesses
• Conducting trials
• Drafting appeals and settlements
  Requirements and Skills:
  
  • Admission to California State Bar
  • Immediately transferable skills
  • A strong academic background
  • Excellent writing skills
