The candidate should have broad-based employee benefit experience in health, welfare and retirement plans and familiarity with related Internal Revenue Code and ERISA requirements. M&A experience is a plus. Should preferably have big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, excellent analytical and writing skills, and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools.
