Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations as assigned by the VP of Engineering
Provide support with software licenses and hardware maintenance as
needed
Organize Pen Tests, manage security scans, and ensure security
policies compliance
Required Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,
Computer Science, or related field
Prior experience in IT support or related roles in a startup or
Saas company
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and
network protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to
learn and adapt to new technologies
Prior startup experience is preferred
