What are we looking for? Stoneridge Software is a looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy person with business acumen who will be responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 - Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) / F&O engagements including: post implementation support, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications.
The key purpose of this role is---hands-on configuration and optimization of D365 F&SCM modules as well as assisting clients in the implementation and support of D365 F&SCM solutions; additionally, developer tasks including building X++ development objects and architecting integrations for Stoneridge Software clients.
This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).
A Day in the Life



  • Provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role


  • Architecting and developing integrations between AX and other systems to meet client needs


  • Modifying or creating forms, SSRS reports, tables or custom logic in X++ Documenting features architected or developed


  • Design, configuration and testing of core D365 F&SCM modules


  • Work with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis


  • Work with deep functional experts to convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents


  • Participate and facilitate small projects related to ISV's and other implementation work


  • Represent Stoneridge Software by communicating with clients regarding D365 F&SCM technical support cases via telephone, electric correspondence, and in person


  • Triage client issues and scope time and resources required to provide solutions


  • Solve client technical support issues through utilization of product knowledge, business acumen and development expertise


  • Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and Microsoft's product offerings and enhancements


  • Participate in 24/7 support rotation


  • Log and properly track support cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM


  • Collaborate with resources from other teams/groups as needed to resolve client issues


    Preferred Qualifications


    • 5+ years D365 F&SCM experience inclusive of development experience


    • Preferred knowledge in : Finance, Trade and Logistics, Manufacturing, or Project Management or any combination of those areas


    • Familiarity with Azure


    • Proficient writing statements querying a SQL database


    • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices: Agriculture, Manufacturing, or Construction industries a plus


    • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills


    • Excellent and demonstrated customer service experience


    • Strong technical writing ability


    • Ability to work in a team environment and independently


    • Willing to constantly update oneself on new software and market conditions


    • Ability to travel to customer locations when requested


    • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English


      Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
