Job DescriptionRed River is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! The Senior Technical Recruiter at Red River is focused on sourcing, identifying, screening, and securing top talent for technical and non-technical positions, while maintaining compliance to established regulations and company policies.At Red River, the Talent Acquisition Team works closely with hiring managers to drive company growth by identifying and securing top talent in a timely manner.A successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and wants to work hard, have fun, and get the job done. The best candidates apply their knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business while fostering relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, Security/Compliance, and HR.This position can work from any Red River location or remote.Responsibilities include:Relationship Development

  • Proactively provide accurate and timely communications with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with external recruiting partners
  • Develop and manage strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers and interviewersSourcing & Recruiting
    • Develop and execute proactive and creative sourcing strategies
    • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific needs and requirements
    • Manage online postings, ensuring that we are refreshing weekly, adjusting language, and staying current on all key job sites
    • Attend weekly meetings to provide team with status hire information
    • Gather and report metrics and progress on a consistent basis
    • Review and select appropriate candidates for phone screens
    • Schedule and confirm all interviews through ATS
    • Solicit and document interviewer and candidate feedback throughout the interview process
    • Interface with HR and Compliance Teams and provide onboarding support as necessary
    • Solicit and follow up on referrals from potential talent and internal employees/recent hires
    • Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing and best practicesCandidate Screening and Tracking
      • Coordinate and conduct initial phone screens to ensure eligibility and suitability
      • Maintain records and notes in ATS (applicant tracking system) for candidates and requisitionsBeyond filling positions
        • A successful candidate should possess a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively and efficiently
        • Drive process improvement, strategy, and development across our business
        • Foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented cultureRequired Experience:
          • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally across multiple technologies
          • Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including various interview formats and methodologies
          • Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
          • Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written communication skills
          • Experience recruiting individuals with active security clearances
          • Experience sourcing senior-level engineering talent, including Solutions Engineers and architect-level individuals
          • Strategic sourcing, e.g. social media, Boolean search
          • Knowledge of hiring laws and compliance including AA and OFCCPPreferred Experience
            • Agency recruiting experience
            • Knowledge of Workday Recruiting Module
